In series 4 of Being Human we met the 'new' vampire in the Honolulu Heights supernatural trinity, Hal Yorke aka Lord Harry.
But how well do you know Hal, played by our fave thesp, Damien Molony? We have designed a bit of a quizzeroo to find out, and to take you on a fangtastical journey through Hal's story in being Human so far.
It is but a simple thing that all you Damien superfans will find a doddle, but watch out for the trick questions and no looking things up!
I received a score of 260, but I don't know if that's good or bad! As an unregistered player, I didn't get to see which questions I got wrong... I think I got a lot of dates wrong.
Thanks for quizzing and commenting you two! congrats on your scores, that is pretty good! te he, the dates are quite tricky, lots of 50's and 55's! I think it is 10 points for each correct answer, so the max score is 300 (but don't quote me!)

Sattyr it is way more fun if you register, you get to know if you have the answers correct there and then, as far a I know triviala don't do anything weird with your email.

Hi Lisa, thanks for doing it! so it is not too easy then for all us hardcore fans? I was worried the questions were too simplistic! Lol you would think I would get the cool 300 points, but I got one wrong even though I wrote the thing!
By the way I just LOVE Leo / Hal's car, does anyone else? had to include it in the quiz!!
LMAO!! I only got 220!! that was hard even though I have watched the whole series more times then anything else!!! The dates were fine but the car one, the animal one, the doctor, the girl's name I couldn't remember when that was mentioned?? and Hal's maker when was that mentioned??!! I need to watch again!!! Sattyrn that is a nice dream! and anyone who doesn't get 300 should watch the whole of season 4 back to back until they do, Let's face it that is not a punishment, more of a lifestyle choice, probably most of ours!
HalGal...I guess it is a bit of a trick question about Hal's maker, it was in The Hal Prequel! And it is in 'A Spectre Calls' that we find out about some of Hals' victims, Kirby mentions he met them in purgatory. Lol, when making the quiz I was struck just how many times Hal mentions an animal, funny when doing so to illustrate his point!

I got 280 next time I played this, but I don't know which ones I got wrong as I've not signed up to that site. Also, I laughed at "he snogged her face off" LMAO!!!!

I have a question..am I mistaken about Hal being in the navy? I think I put "ran away to sea" and "army surgeon" from his prequel together and somehow in my head thought 'sea' and 'forces' and came up with navy!
I'm not entirely sure, he just says he ran away to sea and fell into the Battle of Orsha and got on the wrong end of a Muscovite lance but was offered the chance of eternal life by an army surgeon.
He could've been a mercenary and while i'm not entirely sure, i think that could be more army based rather than naval. I'd need to check my history books to find out when England had an actual navy. So perhaps he was part of a mercenary army that commandeered a ship to take them across to the baltic states?
Like i said, just a guess but the fact it was an army surgeon and not a navy surgeon makes me think it's more army-like.
I think you might be right Lisa, it is ultimately ambiguous as to whether Hal was actually part of any service at that time until he mentions army surgeon..but I guess you don't just randomly fall on a sword unless you are engaged in battle...and I like your reasoning.. perhaps i need to change that answer to army ?!
After a few more tweakages, the Hal quiz is back up! I have also extended the time for each question from 15 seconds to 30..so it is dead easy now, should be 300 points all round!!
I noticed them, but one doesn't really have time to appreciate them with the time limit on answering. Oh and I forgot, but the question about who rescued Hal from the bomb has two possible answers, since said rescuer didn't have that idea on her own but was told to do so by someone else ;) so who did the rescuing? (How to phrase it without giving away the answer? Oo) sorry for nitpicking, 6 years of answering multiple choice questions at university and searching for loopholes XD

Lol, I did have fun thinking up some of those fake answers!! and who noticed those little prompts as you go through? ( 'great answers you've got going on there', 'are you somehow drunk?' etc ) it only let me make 4, the rest are automatic.
