Word theatre will be at Latitude again this year ( where did the year go? ) unfortunately without Damien this time ( I checked their website ) but the time of the year did cause me to listen again to Damien's brilliant reading of Charles yu's 'First Person Shooter'!
Am I the only one hoping Damien does more voice work, whether it be something like this, or radio, or audiobooks ? He has a gift for it and his accent work is truly astonishingly good!
I've listened to this quite a lot, but the 'new' pics from Adam Street Club prompted me to actually watch it for the first time in ages. I'd forgotten how often he looks straight at the camera...... Thank you and well done to the person who not only recorded it but posted it on youtube for us all to enjoy!
As well as 'zaambie', I also find myself muttering 'stoopid, stoopid, stoopid, stoopid, stoopid...' at appropriate moments!
More voice work, domino? Definately! My 'DM audio' playlist got a significant boost with Hill Bachelors, but I need more!!
