Aha i agree @J-Baptiste , but than again if he went to hollywood id be really proud of him :3 he only graduated from the drama centure in 2011 and hes already been on tv! hes still young and its only 2013 :3 ... hes growing! :D but i hope he stays in theater :) i love theater.

It is really rather wonderful to see Damien and Meera Syal together in a scene in that first pic, his character looks angry.

For some reason it rather pleases me that Damien has not seen the sparkly ones!

I agree and disagree about Damien going to Hollyweird, he is such a versatile actor, there are no ends to the parts he could play, and it would be sad to limit his outlet to one format or another really. Selfishly i would like more tv, I would just be so surprised if he was not snapped up for a major role because his talent has really been noticed by so many. If he does not, it will be lack of exposure not talent. But seeing him on the big screen? come on guys... that has to be a dream come true for us fans..and for Damien too! action

Awh but imagine if he got the change to be in a james bond movie!! ... i'm sure we would all want him to go holly wood to do that! ... id be proud of him :') but i guess thats just my view!

I am torn. I want Damien to be successful, but Hollywood is a strange world that does bad things to people. I hope he can balance his career and do great work without becoming Hollyweird fodder.

Lol! poor Damien we have his career all mapped out for him! As long as he gets to follow his dreams, right?

I love reading about how Damien brings Hal to 'life' (as it were) and how he researched addiction. he brings so much to Hal in the moment of performance, it is easy to forget the hard work that goes on behind the scenes for an actor.

Damien just has such a huge acting tallent. And i do hope he gets noticed and is in much bigger things! but yeah :') we apear to be mapping out his career :') !! but as long as he gets to follow his dreams and be happy i guess his fans are always with him :D x

An item on Channel 4 news and an interview with the Telegraph on the same day!  How very exciting!!

 

It's a great interview, but I must admit my favourite bit is....

'For the moment, it is Being Human that is Molony's calling-card..... On screen, he portrays the moments of horror with as much conviction as the one-liners, which are performed with nicely judged understatement.

But Hollywood hasn’t beckoned just yet.'

Daisy Bowie-Sell sounds like a fan to me!

 

'Once the three-week run at the Court has finished, he’s a free man: “At the moment, I have no idea what I’m going to do,” he laughs, “So if you hear of anything would you let me know?” '

I can't believe that this situation is going to last for long, and I'm sure that he would probably be grateful for any work at all....whatever my preferences might be!  But yes, domino, I agree - it would be great to see him on the big screen....especially as it's what he would like to do.

I love damo's interviews more and more when ever he does them :) as for the Hollywood stuff, that's what all actors are aiming for isn't it? We know he loves being on the stage but I'm sure damien ultimately wants to move on to bigger things.

I would like to see him in another tv role first though, something more mainstream that could really show off his talents and get him noticed. Also I wouldn't mind him doing something which would mean we could go and watch filming ;) lol!

At the end of it all though I just hope damien gets given the rolls he deserves, be it film or tv or stage! I really look forward to seeing what he does next :) xx

I am hoping Damien does a bit of a Benedict Cumberbatch, a bit of everything, tv, film, theatre... then goes massive in the flm world!

OK....if we're going to do a bit of career mapping, then I'll chuck in my wish list......

There are audio versions available for the 3 published BH books.  I read one of the books and it was so crap it hurt!  I didn't recognise any of the characters at all. But there is loads of really good quality fan fiction, written by people who really know and love BH, which deserves a wider audience.  So first on my wish list is for Damien to do a series of Being Human audio books of the quality of, if not actually taken from fan fiction.

I'd love Damien to stay on our tv screens, and would love future opportunities to see him on stage, as well as in film.  But none of these things are mutually exclusive.  I'm hoping for it all!!

 

Can I just emphasise that I did say SERIES of audio books!!

You are not alone in that wish fifi, it has long been mooted in Damoland that Damien audiobooks would be all kinds of awesome - your idea of the fanfic is genius.

If we're really going all out on the wish list, Damien performing something he has written himself..
