Yes fifi,  the set tour was amazing, very comprehensive and i was shown all the sets (I think) and lots of behind the scenes!

I am still processing it and trying to remember all the different floors of the building. Because it was a virtual tour by face time (ipad to ipad cameras) it was a bit disorientating in terms of recalling which floor was which. But god bless technology!

I didn't see the biscuits, probably all scoffed but I did mention them and how sending an edible gift to a food hero like Fay Ripley was a bit of a risk, lol! Kara said thank you again

Whimsy I agree, it was so kind and generous of Kara especially considering the schedule! even though it was lunchtime, I expect there isn't really much time for lunch in reality.

The set was empty, it was a scorching day yesterday and everyone was on their lunch break, so I was super lucky to see Damien... which wasn't until right near the end of the set tour.

Kara said something along the lines of, "here is someone who you might want to say hello to", I heard a female voice say my name (not sure if it was Kara or someone else) but all of sudden there was Damien standing there! looking very Jack and Damien like. It was very brief, I cannot remember my exact words but it was something like great to meet you at last Damien! but as Kara had the ipad camera turned away from her for the set tour, I could see him but he couldn't see me, so he said something like yeah or me too but i cant see you, then the camera got turned around and he said I can now! He must have thudded after that () because that was it. (Just kidding obvs). Kara said we'd better leave him to it.

I also saw Clare briefly! Just a quick wave as we went past, not sure if she saw me though, didn't want to disturb here further as she was on her lunch break (they all were).

An incredible experience and one I will treasure for the rest of my days!

filming actually began on 2 June when Damien posted his #JackIsBack tweet with the photo of Jack's desk.

A 5 weeks shoot for 7 episodes.. wow!

The cast and creators were awesome sharing so much with the fans... I am sure the forum was not the only benefactor of all those goodies, but Kara Manley (line producer) was especially kind to us.

It may be the end of filming but in no time the second series will be here, and before that, the promotion!

Let's see who can spot the first TV advert!!

fifi it totally works that a re-run of Series 1 would air before series 2, and the timing is right. I still think S2 will come right after Big Brother finishes.

It is def a back selfie, but I am still scratching my head how Damien did it! It almost looks like the back of his head but the front of his body : so maybe he has a hidden skill.. 36 degree head rotation? Just kidding..
