Perhaps Jack will go on a training course in sensitivity to the victim of a crime - there were a number of instances where he was less than that, like in ep 3 when Charlie had to ask him to step outside the hospital waiting area where she and jack were with Rose and her sister after finding out their father had died. His passion and drive to solve the crime and catch the bad guys is undeniable and admirable, and very adrenalising to watch! but - it does get him into trouble!
