Having also received a nomination for Best Drama in the 2015 National Television Awards, we are delighted to see our favourite cop show, the creators (Paul Marquess and writers), production team (Newman Street as part of Fremantlemedia UK) and lead actors – Damien (DS Jack Weston), Fay Ripley (DI Martha Bellamy) and Clare-Hope Ashitey (DC Charlie Steele) receiving the recognition they so richly deserve.
With a groundbreaking, entirely unique format, documentary style filming and improvised dialogue, Suspects ticks all the boxes for “best original programme”, a stand-alone TV show more deserving of the accolade than any other, and in our eyes, is already a winner.
Suspects returns for Series 3 January 2015, on Channel 5 UK.

What a great news! This is always good thing for us international fans cause there is greater change it will hit globally when it gets more recognition! I would love if Damien could appear in our channels some day...
Agree Jozie, awards nominations are not only well deserved but raise the profile of Suspects...and increase awareness and interest in the show.
Us UK fans very much want all our international friends to have Suspects available in their countries too!
Sadly Suspects didn't win the award for best original programme, but it deserves to win all the awards for the most original cutting edge crime drama, no, drama, out there! Congrats to all on the well deserved nomination
