I'm with you there too Jozie & fifi. If he is a "former" boxer, now I'm not sure. But they definitely filmed at a boxing rink in Dublin at least one day, and he had that makeup tweet that suggested some sort of injury. Flashback(s) perhaps?

It's funny Rosie, I was thinking the opposite. His regular speaking voice is all over the place. LOL Probably because he was sorta shouting his answers when he's normally pretty soft spoken, his words seemed more clipped and British than how his normal Irish softens and blends sounds.  Granted still sounds more like himself than Danny, for whom he clearly thickened up the Irish lilt.

Very lovely to see him do an interview and see his excitement!
