Domino - I'm guessing that you just copied and pasted the BBFC info?  Interesting......the cast includes Damien Molony twice!  Can't say I blame them  biggrin......and it's a refreshing change from not at all.......

yes fifi, it is a screenshot of the actual BBFC Clean Break page. Well spotted! How nice to see Damien acknowledged twice, it is the least he deserves

I just stumbled across this alternative DVD cover, it is entirely fan made and not official but I think I may prefer it - because it has added Danny!

I received a (wrong) delivery notification for the Clean Break DVD so contacted the RTÉ shop, who excitingly told me they received the stock today and are dispatching tomorrow!! Can't wait!

Who will receive theirs first I wonder? coolbounce

I thought I'd ordered this!  I've even got an order number - but I've not recieved a confirmation email, and the money hasn't gone out of my account!!  I don't know what to do now.......I think I'll just have to try again hmm

I only have the original email with order number. I haven't gotten any new notifications either. But it's supposed to officially come out just today right?  I'll wait a few more days for shipment notification.

I've been in touch, too, about an email stating it's been delivered when it hasn't. Not impressed, still waiting for a response - better yet, the DVD !

I've just had a reply to a very terse email I sent today, apologising that the delivery information does not apply. Apparently the DVDs were sent out on Wednesday and should arrive next week. I do hope so - they took my money on the 9th!

I meant I haven't had an email at all.....the only record I had of the order number is from the order 'accepted page' on the webiste - and I had to trawl through my history to find that!  I did the order tracking thing earlier and I got a message telling me that the order didn't exist (and yes - I checked my email address about 5 times!).  Now it comes up with 'order accepted', 'order ready' and delivery date 'unavailable'.  But at least the order exists!!  Glad I didn't order it again!!!

Pure chaos, fifi! Fingers crossed we get delivery speedily. I got no reply (other than the 'we have received your email and will be in touch' (liars) so sent a second, more strongly worded one which received the above information within five minutes. Not professional at all.

I can confirm there are no extras on the Clean Break DVD... but I think we should focus on the fan-freaking-tastic positives, that this DVD is:

1. Released so soon!
2. Internationally available
3. Multi region
