CLEAN BREAK: Episode 2 sneak peek – what happened to Danny Dempsey?

RTÉ have released a sneak peek trailer of Clean Break episode 2, revealing Danny’s fate after the climactic events of the series opener.

(Fair warning: episode spoilers!)

In Episode 1 we met the main characters, residents of small town Wexford, all with something to hide. Damien’s character Danny Dempsey, who has the most fascinating back story, found himself facing temptation in difficult circumstances in the series opener, and reluctantly took part in a tiger kidnapping which went badly wrong.

The drama’s dramatic opening instalment ended on a cliffhanger, with Danny running for his life and the sound of gun shots in the air, leaving us all wondering what happened to the ex boxer.

In the compelling new trailer we discover whether Danny managed to get away and see how an already ultra intense situation reaches crisis point for him.

Phew! We’re already getting our seats ready to sit on the edge of, for what looks like another gripping episode.

Can Danny come back from this? Will Frank do the right thing by him? How can the town recover from the Tiger kidnapping? What other town secrets will be revealed? We cannot wait to find out!
