It was the national press night for No Man's Land at Wyndham's Theatre, London tonight.

Here are some fabulous curtain call photos of the cast and director!

Love these pics! Seeing curtain call pics reminds me that Damien said that this is the bit he doesn't like because it breaks the spell (or words to that effect).

I love these, he looks so natural in them, not posed at all.

Looking at these pics made me remember.....when I've seen Damien on stage I've always been struck by how pointedly he acknowledges the whole audience.  Most actors (although by no means all) will look up at the seats in the circle - and might even manage a glance towards the upper circle/gallery......but Damien almost seems to try to include every single member of the audience.  (Or maybe he just doesn't like to focus on the people sitting so close to the stage that he can actually see their faces biggrin)

I can't help wondering what has caught their collective eye in the first pic.....they all seem to be looking at the same thing!

Is it very wrong of me to say that I'm amused by how Owen Teale looks like a giant compared to the rest of them.....

I vaguely remember that Rosie, was it from an interview? It must be quite a startling process to begin to come out of role and externalise into the 'real world' after channeling another character, and another world, for two hours!
I was struck by his comment in the Official London Theatre cast Q&A "Sometimes you forget that the audience are there, and it feels like it’s something between the four of us."

That's a lovely little insight about Damien acknowledging the whole audience fifi, thanks for sharing!
