What a lovely letter from centrepoint.  

Very grateful to Centrepoint, for giving us an insight into how our donations help their work and the lives of the young people they support. I truly wish we could do more, and sometimes it feels as if the horrors of the world are too huge to make a difference to, with so many of our fellow humans suffering in so many different ways. But, it is so good to know that we will help in some small way, especially at this time of the year.

As a fandom, we are largely here to admire and enjoy the work of our favourite actor, and to an extent, escape from the world. But, and more important to me, making even a small difference is why we fundraise, this is why through DMF I have chosen to support different charities every year, and why Damien kindly helps make the prizes special.

Thank you all for helping me to do this and for supporting another fundraiser... here's to fan power and making a difference again in the future!
