Episode Guide

McCann is happy with the vast quantities of weed the lads have grown but now tasks them with selling it. The gang decide to throw a festival on Jim’s farm by stealing some event supplies from a sleazy beer-fest organizer called Stefan Styles. Using Erin as a decoy, the heist ends in mayhem and the lads narrowly avoid the police and escape with the gear while Erin scarpers. On her way home, Erin accepts a lift from Jake’s brother, Aaron but things quickly take a sinister turn and further disaster looms as Vinnie’s Dad goes missing from rehab.

My favourite episode so far, although I prefer it when it's more about "the gang" - at the moment it's more like "the Erin and Vinnie show".

Everything with Vinnie and his dad - so moving. A perfect offset to the comedy, just beautiful in the middle of it all.

As soon as I saw the portaloos, series one was mentally revisited.

I did like the pig, some of those photos were fantastic!

If Dylan hadn't spoken up, Erin wouldn't have agreed to the caper, she just agreed in order to do the opposite! What an ordeal, isn't Carl a piece of work? What does her brother being in jail have to do with anything?

I will say that, once again, I felt not enough ground had been covered for a couple of things. How did Sara and Vinnie know each other? We never saw any interactions, as far as we knew she'd never met any of the gang apart from that time she ran into Erin and Sugar in the shop. The other thing was Vinnie going straight to Aaron's house - how did he know where Jake and Aaron lived? Jake was another who didn't seem to interact with anyone (other than Erin).

Putting to one side that part of me that nit picks, a really enjoyable episode. Really glad to see Erin and Dylan back together (another portaloo scene, they just had to have one). Wonder if theres one in season three?
