Ok, so it is from a TV programme, but not BH or Ripper Street... that leaves Suspects or Clean Break?

So it's a TV programme but it's not Being Human, Ripper Street or Suspects so that just leaves Clean Break...

I'm doubting now. Ok had a check of the episode guides and I was confused about when this scene takes place. There is one other person and it's not episode 1.
