The up-and-coming boxer theory sounds good. It would explain the promotional shot with a nicely-dressed but tough Danny, and it would also explain the rumpled, unimpressive clothes Danny wears when he isn't being filmed or photographed. Oh, so much to look forward to!

Wexford is not far from Dublin, so if Danny is native to the area (imagine if he's not! lol!) presumably it will be Damo's natural Irish accent! I am curious though because Jack in Suspects has Irish accent but maybe a tad watered down?

I've always wondered if Damo has a County Kildare accent although I don't know how different that is to a Dublin accent. I thought that Albert's accent is different again ! But we all know that Damien is a man of many voices !

Having watched the longer verion of the original trailer a few times I'm inclined to agree with whimsy that it's Damien saying 'something like this, someone could get hurt'.  But it's difficult to be entirely sure.  I guess we'll know soon!!

Looking at the trailer again, I was struck by the young girls watching through the fence during Danny's photo shoot. I wonder if he's something of a local/area pinup idol? He's certainly attractive enough, and if he's on television much it could happen. What if he's a local celebrity called in to raise publicity for the car dealership?

He poses for the picture, winks at his (probably a little young for him) (possibly secret) girlfriend, then glances at the very much too young for him girls at the fence. It makes him uncomfortable. It's only there for a second, but it's there. That scene suggests age-related impropriety, or the threat of it if the public found out about his relationship with the girl.

Of course this is all speculation, but that's what trailers are for, to make us curious and get us thinking!

I'm not getting any less excited about this coolbounce

Anyone else notice that Danny's wearing the same waistcoat, but a different shirt in that clip? (not that I noticed how tight it is across his shoulders, or anything.....)  Either their continuity is all to bugger......or - my guess - Danny works for Frank at the car dealership.....maybe.....
