‘KILL YOUR FRIENDS’ ANNOUNCED FOR THE 40TH TORONTO INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL August 18, 2015 Kill Your Friends has been announced for the 40th Toronto International Film Festival, where it will make its North American premiere. In this deliriously funny comic romp set in 1990s London, a young record label A&R rep (Nicholas Hoult) does anything and everything to get ahead in the shark tank of the Britpop-era music industry.TIFF.net The film joins the ‘City to City: London’ programme line-up, “Bringing international cities to Toronto audiences. In the UK, a special Kill Your Friends film event has been announced for Festival Number 6 in Portmeirion Wales, 5 September 2015 and the UK / Ireland theatrical release datehas been confirmed for 6 November 2015. Damien is playing the character Ross in the movie alongside a stellar cast and we’re delighted his first feature film is having a wide international release.
