So much excitement (and a little trepidation) for Paddy!

I must have listened to this about twenty times today! Better than housework or wrapping Christmas presents any day - they can wait while I sit with my eyes closed, just dreaming while awake.
Thank you to everyone who is checking in daily and commenting on the advent calendar.
It sounds like we are all enjoying our DaMo-centric celebration of the year!
Yesterday's advent was a photo kindly shared by BBC Poetry Please 18 May 2015, of Damien recording for the Bloomsday Special, produced by Sally Heaven.
The programme aired 14 June and we were treated to 8 poetry readings by Damien, including the one below!
These daily Damo treats are a delight, domino Thank you! One more reason to wish that there were a few more days between now and Christmas.
I know I'm a few days late, but The Devil you Know was a definite highlight for me this year. It's such a haunting story, so beautifully written, and Damien's reading just draws you in. I find phrases from it going round my head like song lyrics. It's a pretty special picture too....Heather Lamour is indeed fab.
As are Story Film for that wonderful, unexpected, sneak peak of Damien in Tiger Raid (doubly so after today!!) Every little glimpse we get of this film makes me more impatient to see it! I can't help thinking it's gonna get emotional.
The Hard Problem seems like such a long time ago now - it's lovely to get these little reminders. The poetry please picture is another gem....it's been a real treat to hear Damien reading so much poetry this year. And then he throws in a cheeky 10k, with that cheeky smile at the camera.
Danny Dempsey was a bit of a dark horse wasn't he. We knew nothing about him, or Clean Break, for such a long time I'd almost forgotten about it. And he turned out to be a a really engaging character. I'd love to see more of him....
