That's good, I'll have to watch it on Netflix (yes, I do have the dvd) and get my family to do the same. Glad it's finally available in the UK, I love Netflix. Shame it wasn't totally free to watch, though.
I'm watching this again on Netflix, mainly because I felt nostalgic after watching "Anne with an E" which has Amybeth McNulty as Anne. (Thought she was excellent but hated the series; I can never understand why someone has to make so many changes there is very little in common with the original).
I really enjoy watching Damien in comedy, his timing is so good, but "Clean Break" has me pining for him to do more drama, he's just so good!
Glad you've been enjoying Clean Break again Ellie, it was such a great dark drama, slipped under the radar when broadcast as limited to RTE, hopefully gained more of an audience when it landed on Netflix in the UK.. and luckily is still on there.
We have of course had the pleasure of seeing Damien in a quality drama much more recently.. The Split. I am still very much hoping for news on a third series, the potential is certainly there.
I'm still sulking after Netflix removed Being Human. But the arrival of Crashing to UK Netflix is a bit of a sweetener
