Could this 'City On A Hill' casting rumour be true?

"The third season of City On A Hill is coming soon. There are many updates that you should know about. First, the premiere date has been announced, and it will be on September 30th, 2019. Second, new cast members are joining the show, including Kyle MacLachlan as Mickey Halloran, a crime boss who is in charge of Boston’s Irish Mafia and wants to take over New York’s criminal underground; Damien Molony as Kevin Weeks, one of Bulger’s most trusted associates; Ray Winstone as Jimmy Flynn an IRA operative who was involved with the King’s Cross firebombing attack."

'City On The Hill' season 3 has recently been announced and I've not seen this 'new cast' info anywhere else...and the website seems a little dodgy in the sense that it seems like one of those sites that just crawls the net for articles and there are no social media accounts linked and no way to contact... so it is definitely in the rumour department! It seems oddly specific though to be plucked out of thin air... and where did this info come from in the first place?

It would be a very cool project to see Damien in, a properly gritty crime drama with an excellent cast!
