@Sami please don't tel me that the US version edited out that pivotal shot in the flashback scene at the beginning of ep 3? Hal does do a rather spectacular vamp face after the head tilt, hence the screenshot here!
I also agree with HalGal that the head on the bar shot is eyes only, think it is episode 7? Same with the magotty blood scen in episode 8 HalGal, there is no actual vamp face!  I guess I was going for full vamped out Hal!

@UJ and HalGal lol, stunning vamp face and I agree amazing makeup job! It really was a terrifying and somehow deliciously evil scene, such a contrast to the next.

UJ, did you vote for number 2? I ask as their only appears to be one vote ! and a vote in the number 1 answer which noone so far has mentioned!

They are all epic...but for me it came down to a choice between 1 and 4. The vamp face in episode 2 is our first with Hal and it was truly thrilling along with the mesmerizing acting ..it's when I really sat up, Damien caught my attention... big time. The episode 4 vamp face, when he goes all sherlock and what I love about this is there is so much going on here, lots of ambiguity, hints at Hals' agendas, different sides to him we had not yet seen, hints at more beneath, layers, complexity, the way he switches from one of his extremes to another, his polarity, both his power and vulnerability all in one short scene....just unbelievably captivating.So I went for that!

I voted number 2!!!! Evil lord Hal fangs I remember being so shocked but excited with that the 1st time !!!! But the others are all great too, makeup department deserve a medal!!!! Sami was it a full Hal face with his head on the bartop or just the eyes? Need to watch again Domino, what about when he eats the blood off the floor? !!!!!

I voted for #3 'I'm a vampire, he's a werewolf, any questions'. It was part of the S4 trailer prior to the show's airing and i think that's when i became really interested in the new character of Hal (the 'i'm not a man of God' speech sealed it). I think the scene was quite amusing because Tom asks him to do the vamp face for Michaela and he tells him he's not a performing monkey and Tom tells him to stop being a wally. I thought my husband was the only one who calls people wallies when they're being awkward so that tickled me too but then when he does go vamp face, you get an idea of how dangerous he can be. And yeah, he looked hot too (yes, happily shallow in that respect!)

I sorted out my vote, domino. I didn't notice the polling station tucked up at the top there. The pictures must have distracted me.
