EXCLUSIVE GLIMPSE OF DAMIEN MOLONY IN ‘TIGER RAID’, AS FILM NEARS COMPLETION May 19, 2015 Damien Molony (Paddy) ‘Tiger Raid’ © Story Film Tiger Raid is near completion and Story Film have kindly shared an exclusive glimpse of Damien in the movie with us. Revealed earlier this year, the first official photos of his character Paddy – with dramatic bandit-like blacked-out eyes – already had us intrigued and excited for the film. There seems to be a lot about the dark intensity in this film.....and not much mention of dark humour. What I've read of Mick Donnellan's work all has a (albeit dark and sometimes twisted) funny side. Radio Luxemburg was described as a black comedy. But maybe - as he's only a co writer for the film - it isn't......

Still looking forward to it either way!

It's going to be mindblowing Jozie!

You're right fifi, the original descriptions from the play and some of the old articles way back when the film was first announced did mention dark comedy, but nothing since. I get the feeling there may be black comedic moments.. rather than it fitting into the whole dark comedy genre? Cannot wait to find out more!

I'm so excited for the film's first screening at the film fest premiere - it has to be soon right?
Dave Corlett from Dixon Baxi (Story Film sister company) said on Twitter on 23 April that their private screening was in about 3 weeks - it is now 4 weeks!
