Wow.. that is some filmng schedule... 28 scenes in a day? They do all work so incredibly hard it is a mental shoot!

That schedule is INSANE!  But I guess not having to memorize lines helps.  

Wow, I wonder how long they will shoot for. And if this means S4 will air soon.

Here's some mnd blowing facts: One episode of Suspects takes two and a half days to shoot, an average of 18 minutes per scene.

Intense does not cover it.  


According to IMDb there are 6 episodes in Series 5 so that is a 15 day shoot.

It is a ma zing to see the output they create from just a two week shoot!

When that s5 page went up on IMDB I said I wouldn't get excited until we had something more concrete.....OK - I'll take this news....I'm excited now!

If the IMDB entry is true and s5 is going to be 6 eps, I'm guessing that they will be filming for about a month.....in fact for s1 i think they filmed 10 eps in 5 weeks?, so it could be even less. Although IMDB still lists 10 eps for s1, and the synopsis for eps 6-9 are actually the 4 eps from s2 - which wasn't even filmed at the same time - so I still don't have a massive amount of faith in that info..... I really hope it's 6 eps!! (or more, obvs!)

It does seem a little odd that they've started filming another series without having aired s4.  Especially as s4 was originally announced for the summer.  I'm starting to wonder if it'll air in it's usual Jan/Feb slot, which would then give them another series to air next summer......but it seems pretty pointless to second guess what channel5 are going to do......I'm not convinced that they know themselves!  

Fingers crossed that they keep us updated with bts filming pics on twitter like last time.

Sorry you're having a bad day Jane. This is good news for Suspects fans though, so don't be disheartened

Lol fifi our posts must have crossed! Personally I still think Suspects 4 will come this year.. and Series 5 the next? FIngers crossed!

We were spoiled with bts pics last summer but with the filming schedule so tight I can imagine they don't even have time to pee.. so not expecting it. But an odd tweet would be awesome!
